An integrated steel package for a major airport connection
Fremantle Steel Group delivered 311 tonnes of structural steel bridges for the Perth Airport Pedestrian Link Skybridge.
FSG’s involvement extended from shop detailing and fabrication through to treatment, delivery and installation. This integrated scope gave the project continuity between the fabrication drawings, workshop production, transport and final installation.
The completed skybridge forms the elevated pedestrian connection between Airport Central Station and the airport terminals. FSG’s package demonstrates the group’s ability to manufacture, transport and install substantial bridge steelwork within a major transport environment.
